Xerox 1000i help

Im constantly getting the same error.77-320 alingment shifter fail.I cleaned all of the sensors,tried everything i could find on the internet.Got the same result.I cant access my diagnostics because my license ended last month .

This is which if found online "Check the front and rear aligner sensors for contamination. Run the DC330 tests shown in 77-320 RAP to check the aligner motor moving front to rear and both sensors. ." although I have to admit I never have/had a xerox.

Cant use my diagnostics it ran out last month.
 
Could you send me a pic of where its located?
I have the Iridesse but I would assume the 1000i would be the same. Just pull out the 2nd BTB and below the alignment rollers towards the outboard side of the machine, you will see a sensor there that had a cam that passes through it. There is also a cam sensor on the top alignment roller on the inboard side to transport tray. I am assuming you probably cleaned that one. I am also assuming that did the reset routine for that error as well.
