Xerox 3535 2nd BTR reset code

Does anyone know the 2nd BTR reset sequence, ie in NVM read/write etc

The 2nd BTR on my Xerox 3535 has reached the end of its life, is is possible just to reset the counter until I can fit a replacement? I can log in to the administrator side of things but cannot see anything obvious. I know from past experience that it could possibly be done in the NVM settings. I have a choice of reset NVM, NVM read/write etc.....

Would be very grateful of any assistance, urgent jobs to get out and no spare parts...

Our 8000AP needs to be reset by the tech with his laptop.

It takes 5 minutes, but you need the xerox guy to do it.
