Xerox C75 Press alignment issue

Guys,

We have a Xerox C75 and it started pushing the image off to the right side of an 11x17 sheet and on the other side, it has what looks like a warning track or marks on the page.

Attached is a picture of what's happening.

It doesn't produce the lines on an 8.5x11 printout and just started doing it this week.

Any guidance would greatly be appreciated.

Are you sure the guides are in place for whatever tray you are printing from? It is definitely way out of alignment. If you have a service contract I would just call them in, will be an easy fix for them.

Not sure if the SIQA tools would work with this time of alignment. I have only seen that when it was waaaaay out on our J75 and the SIQA tools would not fix it.

Had that same problem myself on our J75. I think the guides are a bit flimsy. I know on our old DC260, if the guides were not right it would not show the right paper size when using auto detect.

I have seen this many times when feeding envelopes from tray 5. If one was a little crooked, it would get these tick marks creeping in from the side.
