Hi,
We are new to these forums and have an issue with the compatible chips from oversea's. The non-OEM toner EXP chip is programmed with the proper values to match the part numbers for the OEM chips, but we are receiving an error message: CARTRIDGE ERROR
Without a chip or the incorrect chip, the error message would be: MISSING OR NOT PROPERLY SEATED
Has anyone had any experience purchasing or using non OEM chips in their Docucolor machines?
