I have XMPie software and the server hardware for sale at about 50% less than you could buy it new. The software will come with a one year maintenance once the license has been transferred to you and will also be set to the current release. This also comes with the API's as well and as of today this would ne another module you would have to buy if you wanted them. Please contact me for details.

I would also double check on the licence transfer policy, some vendors do allow one to transfer a license - for a cost, which may or may not be nominal.
