thanks, we figured out that they accidentally reverted the count back to original odometer and applied their default click fee. Is why we always verify invoices. They probably are trying to cover their expenses by upping the click charges, has happened before. contract shows otherwise.

you kind of have to trick the settings little bit, tell it that its a different paper weight than what it actually is, and then they'll only run through the high capacity trays (if configured) or through the bypass tray if not (assumption on the bypass-not configured with it). straight path.

funny, we got a couple test samples from a few different machines. using both coated glossy and non-coated paper stock. Absolutely no problems with using coated stock with traditional non-PUR glue. funny that.
