We have a growing problem with our platesetter. It is randomly not ejecting the plates. It started a while ago and went from once every other week to several times a day. I am not loosing any plates just time. For now we have been opening the lid, hand feeding the plate, turning the machine off and then on. I have called tech support to see if they could help over the phone, to no avail. We only have a parts contract so I will have to pay for travel ($500) and service.
