avantra 30 error 64

Hi everybody,
Please anyone can help me to resolve the error 64 on the avantra 30.
I have tried to restart the machine many times but no change.I have checked wiring and they look OK. Is it mother board problem?

It''s a Flapper jam. Look inside the drum to see any mechanical problems first.

Thank Vladcanada for your instruction help!It was the mechanical problem.It was not moving properly on one side.
And now I have an other question:
is it possible to replace avantra 30 control panel by the one for avantra 25?

Yes, it's possible. But you have to re-program it with proper software using AvDiag/Unidiag
