brisque 5 hot folder set up problem

Hi my friends

I have a strange problem that is not possible to create a new
hot folder(workflow)
version is 5 and there is no hot folder on the brisque

When I try to set up a new folder gives an error as written


failed loading data volumes information
empty dialogue vill be displayed
