brisque impose issue

we had a lotem 400 and we had to reinstall the system AIX 4.3, ADD ON and Brisque impose 4 because a hdd damage, the problem we had now is that we can`t send the files to the lotem because of an error "the platform can`t allow to install this kind of device" but it comunicates correctly by IP. I think versioning problem because in the scismit doesn't appear the platsetter and now we can`t RIP, does any one have the correct software for the lotemm 400 or know how can I fix this problem??
