Canon 7000VP service

We bought an ImagePRESS 7000VP last November 2007. We are rapidly approaching the million click mark and have had some problems with our service throughout. Can anyone recommend a good service provider that can get parts when needed and has trained staff to work on this piece of equipment? The downtime is killing us and it is pretty scary to think we spent so much money on it to be down so often.
Another question that is related is if you are having problems with your current service is there anyone at Canon that can intervene and help get things straightened out?

Who is your dealer? I would request that they have Canon USA send in a color specialist to resolve your problems first. I would hope they would resolve the problems.

1. Who your servicing dealer is. Also, if you could provide any contact info for your dealer reps.
2. Where you're located.
3. The types of problems you're experiencing (mechanical, color related, media handling, etc)
