Duplex Printing Problem

Guys I need Help with Duplex, I have KM Bizhub C280, I make a sheet with 45 cm x 31 cm front and back with AI CS6 I export to PDF and print on same paper Size as sheet, when printing duplex the front and back are not matching same place for some reason which i cant figure out, Its a problem especially when printing Business Cards when back should be same as front, any help is appreciated.

Most trays are aligned using 11x17, but is it possible to align the trays with that size or larger first?

If the amount that it's off is larger than its stated tolerance, you can call a service man. He should be able to get it back in line.
