I am looking for the name of a book - Please help me!

It is a print pocket reference and small format. It is super common, and I can't remember the name of it.
The last one I've seen had a cover that was M/Y/C.

It is not the idealliance guide to print production.

I'm pretty young. I was about 6 years into printing when a manager I had gave me one. I think it's becoming a tool lost to time.
