IGEN Calibration

Is it possible that an IGEN could be printing too yellow? I'm looking for a little education on digital printing. My client is finding that print copies off an IGEN are too yellow for their taste. I understand conceptually that the problem is likely to be in the in-house printer they are using for their proofs. How could I be sure it's not on the IGEN and what should I tell them to do to adjust their files? (Built in Quark)

If they are not calibrating their iGen or performing the proper maintenance, it wouldn't matter what you do to the files, tomorrow it could be too much magenta. Maybe the person to ask is the iGen operator.
