Illumina DEP Registration

Does anyone know if there is any other color registration adjustment other than the "Adjust Registration" in the "Calibration" Menu?

All consumables including (drums, toner, belt and fuser) are current in the envelope press.

We recently had an Ilumina 502 (same as the DEP without the feeder and delivery) repaired by the factory for some mechanical issues (would not feed--broken clutch), and the machine had registration problems out of the box when it was returned. The "Adjust Registration" adjustment did not seem to help. After taking out all of the drums and transfer belt, and giving the belt a few turns by hand, we reinstalled the belt and drums, hit the Adjust function a few times, and the printer worked fine and has been working fine ever since. The drums and belt really need to be securely seated in order for them to print properly.

Sometimes just turning the printer off and on will help. One thing that we do is to Adjust Registration before starting each job, especially when changing between light weight stocks and heavier ones, or when changing a drum or belt.

Ill keep some of that in mind, turns out swapping an LED out fixed us right up :\ sad because there is no warning when it happens. Sorry for the late response on this.
