Indigo paper on a laser press

I was wondering what the negatives were running indigo treated paper on a laser device, I know you cant do it the other way around, but wondering if there is any problem running indigo treated paper through a Xerox?

Xerox reps say that sometimes on some of the papers it causes problems, but so far we haven't seen any. Sometimes it will give off an odor, but really isn't objectionable.

In some Xerox machines - 700, 800/1000 you may get the toner not sticking to the page when using Indigo treated paper.

What Stock in particular is it, we were have issues with toner not sticking, i have found out with our splendorgel we are using. (spicers aus, Splendorgel digital) there is a SPX and an SPI
