We tried to change the 24Lbox into 48 Lbox last week.. we faced problem in laser calibration all the laser failed to calibrate..
1. we changed the burnt daughter board in 48 Lbox apart from that we found one or 2 LDD cards burnt in 48 Lbox we changed that LDD card too afterthat also same status..
earlier we faced the same problem in 24 lbox but when we changed all 0-11 LDD cards the problem was sorted out..
but here in this case we have few doubts..
if any one or laser diode is fails in first or second daughter board whether it affect the calibration of all lasers...
if we put the diode along with card in other position like 23 diode into 24 diode whether it will affect the calibration...
instead of plug out the LDD cards 0-11, 12-23,24-35,36-47 and checking the calibration is it ok when i doing the same thing by editing the registry...
we have changed the registry into 24 into 48 .. even in default laser value too...
the error is as below .. laser calibration failed to reach req power 225.000 mw...
kindly note that earlier everything is working in 24 Lbox .. we changed all the items in 24lbox to 48 lbox.. apart from diodes..
for eg the error readings in laser calibration window is like us below...
