Mixing Ink Applications

Greetings,

What application have you been using to mix inks from a PMS book's values?
We have an old application where we enter percentages of base color and desired weight to get a mix recipe.
Is there newer applications out there to enter in a PMS number to get the mix loaded directly, taking out the possibility for a wrong percentage to be entered?

Whatever method is used, always note the version of the formula fan guide.
Over the years, there has been revisions/changes.
Mixing the correct formula recipe is no quarantine of a close color match (Delta E) mostly because of the substrate.
