No Image on Xerox EX560 Fiery Monitor

I have a Xerox Color 550 with EX560 Fiery. All of a sudden I have no image on the monitor connected to the Fiery. I swapped out two monitors so I guess the problem is the Fiery monitor card. The printer operates normally. I just can't see what's happening or make adjustments or changes as I would if I could see the screen. I do not have a Xerox service contact and have been using a third-party company that now no longer services the 550/EX560. (Too old, they say.)

Questions:
1. Is there someone in Los Angeles who still works on this machine?
2. If I am forced to do this on my own, should I approach troubleshooting and replacing the video card in the EX560 just as I would any other computer?

Yes the Fiery is working because I am able to print. Through InDesign, the EFI printer driver shows me a number of the options I would be able to access if I was actually at the Fiery. And when I click on the driver's "About" page, at the bottom of the page there is a link that says "Click here to access Fiery utilities." I am able to do that, but I don't know if I am communicating with the printer directly or with the Fiery.

But I do not have another version of Command Workstation on any PC.

You can download and install command workstation on another computer for free. Does the fiery even have a separate video card or is it on the motherboard?

1. Thanks. I will look into that.

2. I don't know. I really wish I could get someone to fix it. I haven't called Xerox, but I suspect that without a service contact with will cost an arm and a leg.
