Pantone 7708 Formula

I've been asked to print (wedding) invites for another shop, Pantone 7708. I informed them my (old) book does not include that color, that I would eyeball the ink density/color and that they would be responsible for providing either the ink or a formula.

Their reply -
"Pantone 7708C breakdown:
C 100
M 58.97
Y 39.74
K 19.8
will that work"

good grief, but this is why they contract me.

Can somebody please reply the spot formula...in parts preferably

Process Blue 68.42
Rubine Red 5.35
Black 11.78
Trans Wht 13.45

Hint: Leave the white out, in this Paintone colour. D

I mix with a 16 part scale/formula by choice and equipment.
The run length is 150 sheets...my math is lacking at the moment...any chance of a formula in parts...i need to mix about 1 oz such as this 7530 formula -
Black - 3 1/2
021 - 1
Trans Wht - 31 5/8

(if I were to mix that 7530, I would scale out the black & white, mix, remove half for 2 1/4 on the scale and add 16 parts white)

It doesn't take much ink for a short run and decimal scales/mixes don't work well on a "analog" triple beam.
thx
