Prinergy Administrator Connection Problem

Hi thr,

How you guys doing , hope you guys fine,

i got some problems with my prinergy administrator, it shows my connection with server always unavailable, i tried both file transfer protocol (HTTP) (windows Server) but still it cant enable, pls help.

Why dont you call Kokak? Or the company where you got Prinergy 6!

OK it looks like Prinergy 5 so I am going to try and remember. Do a screen capture on all the settings pertaining to that press conection. Then simply delete it and add a new press. Be sure you have the correct IP address of the press before proceeding.
the 192.xxx.x.x address is an internal IP address so I doubt the protocol will be http. I think when adding a new press it should give you an oppurtunity to click on it from a list of all available on your internal network.
