I do hope someone out there has information that will be a help... I am at wits end!
We are running Prinergy Evo 5.1.6.5 on a Dell Windows 2003R server with no major problems for the most part. But, in the last few weeks things have taken a turn for the worse.
My problem:
When we go to send the plate TIFFs from the server to the Magnus 400 II plate setter the time for the tiff to move from the Evo to the Magnus has changed. It the past it would take about 5 minutes to send four GTO 46 plates, with heavy coverage. As of this morning it took just over an hour to send four GTO 46 plate TIFFs, without heavy coverage.
Does anyone have an idea of what the problem could be? What can I do the fix it?
