Red Prints as dark orange

I Need your help profiling an HP9000S printer running on Onyx 7. The red comes out as Dark orange, as if the Magenta is not at 100% and The yellow is way too high. Is there a quick fix to this assuming that I dont have an I 1 to recalibrate the machine. Even with all ICC's off the red is not red enough...

Have you printed a nozzle check? The magenta nozzles could be clogged, therefore red would print differently.

I could never get a vivid red from our HP9000 or any other solvent printer we use. You could run a swatch test of 100M and 90Y through all your profiles and pick the brightest swatch but don't get too frustrated. Been there. It just doesn't happen with mild solvent inks IMO.
