Rollers/blanket replacement?

I just acquired a small, one color hamada press that has been sitting idle for about 5 years. I am fairly new to offset presses and I was wondering if the rollers and/or the blanket would obviously need to be replaced after such a long time of not being used.

It has a Crestline dampener, and I have heard that those rollers need replacing every couple years. Also, ink was left in the ink train. What's the best way to clean up rollers with completely dry ink? Does having ink dry on them destroy them?

Is there anything else you would definitely replace or fix on a long-idle press?

If the rollers have been sitting in contact with ink on them for 5 years they will need to be replaced. The rollers are probably stuck to each other and trying to save them would in my opinion be false economy. Replace all rubber rollers including the dampeners and thoroughly scrub the steels. De-sentize the chrome dampener and replace all the hoses in the dampening system. Check and lubricate all the grippers, Replace the gear train oil, replace all the suckers in the feeder and lubricate the feeder head and side guide mechanism, remove any rust that has built up under the plate or blanket cylinders and oil the cylinders. Thats a good start for you.
