Tracking Copies From Glass

On our job reports if anyone ends up scanning something from the glass It does not show up. i was wondering how or If I could track scanned copies? We have been having a problem with someone using the copier after hours. Your input is appreciated! I run a Docu Color 260

Can you set it up for a password to be required to be able to make copies?

IN stall a camera I had the problem
stock was missing and the click count was off by a few hundred every week.
Once i put it in, I caught the person.
and I made them pay for it.
