Versant 280 Dent on IBT belt

Has anyone else ever had a dent appear on there IBT belt? Not sure what would have caused that. Currently awaiting for an engineer to come out to replace. It was interesting to see how the toner gets put onto the belt. I see that it puts down 3 solids strips of colour in-between each job. No wonder why my toner soon gets eaten through sometimes

Nasty jam likely. I just hat this replaced, they also had to replace another pressure roller.
