I heard Xante was releasing a 3D printer
and also that people were using the Xante for printing magnets.
Does anyone have any info about this?

I have a Xante 429 for a few years and it has never performed
as Xante advertised, we wanted to be able to run long prints,
which it was never able to do consistently, even with new drums and parts,
Xante never had any answers.

I wonder if we could ran the magnets or 3D thru our Xante 429?

Any thoughts / Feedback?

The Xante 3D is approximately a $30,000 device. The main driver being the software to create the files. As of today I have only seen 3D and no motion leinticular, though it may be possible. For now they also say you need to use their lenticular lenses, as most people are aware if the image does not match the lens it will not register correctly. If you can get the same lens pitch other lenses may work fine.

Magnets shouldn't be a problem as long as they are under the rated GSM.

Here is a link to the press release for the 3D.
