Xerox CD242 - Please help - serious image issue on black

Hello, I was hoping that someone could help us solve this issue of image quality.


Please see attached image.


This happens on the black drum only.

Actions taken so far:

Changed the black drum with ta brand new one.
Cleaned all the excess toner with a vaucmm.
Changed the fuser with a new one.
