Xerox D110 Slow Printing In Duplex Mode

I've just installed a xerox D110 machine however, when printing back to back in duplex mode, it takes forever to complete a job. The machine prints both sides of the first paper before feeding the second thus, the printing is very slow. Even our local xerox dealer is still trying to find out why the machine is printing this way. Please help. Thanks.

Get the CED, it will spell out exactly how fast the machine should print in duplex mode.

Thank you. On duplex mode the machine should be printing 100 ppm however this is not the case. On duplex mode the machine is printing at a rate of 8 ppm. Any one know how to program the duplex mode to print 100 ppm as mention in the CED. Thanks.

yes, and thank you for your support. I've found the problem. The machine was connected to a Bear Solutions card system and this is what causing the slow printing. As soon as we disconnect the card system, the machine runs perfect.
