Xerox is Now Charging Sales Tax for Clicks/Service Contract

Here in Minnesota, we had repeal of sales tax on service contracts/click charges for digital presses and up until last month we were not charged sales tax. But, now Xerox has stated they reinterpreted the statute and that we should be charged sales tax. Has anyone else seen this change and is it correct?

NO! And they have been nice enough to cut us checks for back taxes paid on a new machine, that we failed to see was being charged tax for.
