Xerox Toner Shortages-Anyone Else Having Problems?

Iridesse toner shortage in SoCal also...Ordered 3 weeks ago and still waiting. If we are unable to complete orders because of no toner we already told our
rep that Xerox is going to cover our cost or remove the machines he had a panic attack cause of the volume we run on 2 Iridesse's.
I have a Ricoh 9210 coming tomorrow to replace the 1000 and a 7200 to replace a V180. After 18 years I'm done with Xerox.

when did you place the order for the 9210? they keep delaying my shipment, now they are saying April.

It appears to have gotten so bad at Xerox they don't answer a call anymore.
Can't get Iridesse toner from anywhere I guess.

What part about no toner, can't print do they not understand or don't they care.

Many lawyers off free consultations and could give you a cost estimate analyzing your contract for a breach and sending a certified letter to Xerox's corporate law team.

Ricoh C9210 delivered at 8:00 this morning and running live jobs by 2:45 this afternoon. Faster, quieter and A LOT less expensive that the 1000i. Couldn't be happier.
I’m jello, we ordered a 7210x in sept and it was supposed to hit the US this week…still waiting to hear if it made it. I wonder if the 5th color caused the backup? I probably would have ordered a 9200 instead but our room is very small.

I'm happy for you. Would you be so kind as to let us know how you do with getting supplies from Ricoh? Are you on metered supplies like I am with my Iridesse and Versant? I love the Iridesse, which was installed late December. But this supplies issue is getting to the point where I've got to do something to keep running.

My first order of Ricoh toner was placed on Monday and it is arriving on Thursday.

My Xerox contact is telling me he's having all kinds of issues. Finally got a fuser web after 3 weeks.

Supposedly this week the shipments for 7200 is going to exceed the orders. We have a 7210SX on order with 5th colors placed the same time as the 9210 at the end of November.

I am refusing to pay my invoice, and plan to buy what I can from ebay, and deduct the cost from invoice. I still think they created there own supply chain problem.
Does any one have any black toners for a versant 180? We have one left at 90%

FYI not Xerox but on KM…I had to buy 5 bottles of toner from a third party. I sent the invoices to KM and they are crediting our account.

not ideal but I would hope that Xerox would do the same. We have given them hundreds of thousands of dollars over the years they can afford $1000.

I got told the following ”machines have arrived into port. They then have to go to Ricoh California for inspection, then shipped to Ricoh Atlanta, and then finally to me.

Looking at early April for install date.

What toner did you us. We have a Konica 1060 and a Ricoh 7110 I am looking for third party toner for.

If they can't ship any I would just buy OEM or compatible from someplace and figure out how to get my money back later like you said. I haven't had to buy toner yet but I do have some other parts on hand that I bought outright. Some from AliExpress.
