Hi, it always shifts in the same direction, always exactly 56mm and it is mostly magenta, but once in a while cyan.. Every single board in the main imaging unit has been replaced, every sensor has been replaced, all 4 lasers replaced, all rollers replaced, fuser changed..., all drums changed...

We have the same saddle stitcher on our 6501.. i would not expect it to fold without cracking, all our folded work is creased out in factory and folded out there and stitched books the covers printed on 6501 and creased in factory and then we use post inserter to insert cover during the run...

You can set it to auto tray select, here is a pdf of the page in the manual.

when you choose the tray to print from. try clicking force tray on the creo... this should stop it printing from any other tray.......

If i am correct, if you open the pc quark file on a mac it says converting pc document and it also works the other way round...

The colour isn't actually mapped in the first place.. in the first post the unmap option would only work if you first mapped it to a different colour, then wanted to unmap it... the colour process black C comes in as a seperate colour and cannot be mapped to any other colour... we get this...

Unsure how to actually unlink it myself, as have wondered this previously.. could you not drag that pantone process black c over to convert to process and it should then come out on the black channel...
