Ive got Fiery looking into this for me, as xerox are saying its software related.

So ill update when they come back to me.

Ive tried the pdf instructions and its a lot lot better!

One thing i cant find is the trapping settings? Any ideas?

That's easy... with respect, didn't you get training from your analyst?
Under Image tab -> Edge Enhancement section -> set Trail Edge Compensation to 3.
