Scratch printng in coupons

hi,

We got order from client he needs scratch printing in coupons. We don't have scratch printing machines. We tried to print scratch ink directly on coupons, but it is not rubbing off. So we did UV coating after that we applied scratch ink then it is rubbing perfectly. Since we need to do UV coating first, but all know UV is costlier. Is there any method to print scratch ink directly on paper.

spot gloss over print varnish will also work.
try using glossy stock

You can also have the scratch-off pre-printed on a roll of labels, then affixed to your piece with a standard tabber (like wafer-seals on a self-mailer)
