Xerox DC242 Booklet Maker problem....plse help

Dear All,

I have a problem with the booklet finisher on the Xerox DC242, the booklets come out skewed and look horrible, the sheets are not neat and tidy. I think it's the jogger!

Anyone had this problem before?

Its either the pathway in the booklet maker mylar guides, staple cartridge the gray paddle wheels worn out (flip them if they are) or the paddle wheels not turning because of a bad paddle wheel motor.
