Primesetter 74 Mirror Locked error 14

We have a problem when start up the Primesetter 74, error 14, mirror can't be locked. can someone tell what is the problem?

It is your Vacuum filters(2 small Filters) which cause the generation of the error. Go with their solution

For the first question: the error is the same like AGFA imagestters tell - spinner did not lock or PLL not locked.
That means the speed of your spin-motor is unstable (based on spinner encoder signals) or did not reach some value of the speed for the certain period of time .
Because Heidelberg's machines use spin-motors with external airflow under pressure for spinner aerodynamic bearings, first of all check air preparation module: air compressor and air filters for the dust, oil and water presence.

In this case Primesetter shows special error about drop of pressure etc.
We could repair this mirror motor of topic starter.

if it is error 14 - timeout starting mirror motor
Cause is mirror motor itself or his electronic plates mostly. In several seldom times there was a problem in Backplane MASK pcb. But it is very rarely.
