Hi there!

Just wondering if anyone is having problems trapping a file with the resulting error being "Error trapping file - Unrecognized filter: JPXDecode" we are using the Prinergy Connect workflow.....

The Trapper is probably failing on images with JPEG2000 compression. It's possible to work around the issue by converting the JPEG2000 to JPEG. You have a couple of options: (1) You could use Acrobat's PDF Optimizer feature (Advanced Menu) to specify the compression be JPEG. (2) You could also use Pitstop to select images and convert their compression (select image, go to Pitstop Inspector, and select Image/Compress tab).
