Neenah Linen Problems...

Our Xerox machines just don't print well on Neenah Royal Sundance envelopes. The toner doesn't stick consistently and the quality is crap. We have some Wausau Royal Linen on hand though, and after running a few thousand sheets of it through our machines, I can say without a doubt it is a remarkably better product. Print quality is equal to what you would get on a regular finish paper.

Anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions on alternate brands that work well?

we've never had good luck with Linen on our Xerox 700 / J75 machines despite adjusting image transfer settings all over the place. This is on Classic Linen cover....on the other hand our Konica Minolta C6000 does a pretty good job on linen and our Ricoh 5100 is awesome on linen. I've never tried Royal linen for color however since it seems the finish has more texture (relief). What if any special settings are you using on your Xerox and what Xerox machine is it?

It is a C75, and after trying to tweak the settings, the default seems to give the best, though not good, results. I am just shocked at how well it printed on the Wausau brand. It was perfect.
