NexPress ICS error

Hi there,
We are using ICS 2.0 with 11.02 Front-End.
After calibration things become worse. Actually the calibration passes succesfully.
Have anyone experienced that kind of problem? Any suggestions?

re install the sw----if continues replace the usb cable from scanner to ibm server
